It is quick and simple for Healthcare professionals to register patients onto Your Health Companion.

First, you need to have a demo account that has been activated for patient registration. To activate your account please email help@healthcompanion.me.

Log onto Your Health Companion account, this can be done via the app or desktop computer www.health-companion.me/get-your-health-companion

From the main ‘Your To Dos’ page, select the ‘Nurses’ tab. This takes you to the registration page, where you can select whether you are registering a patient with Lung Cancer or Mesothelioma.

To register a user you will need their permission and some basic information; NHS Number, DoB, Postcode, as well as your Cancer Alliance and hospital.
