You can download Your Health Companion as an app on to your mobile phone or tablet. Go to the Android Play store or Apple App store or click the buttons below. Search for ‘Your Health Companion’.
ⓘ You don't need to download the app. If you don't have a smartphone or prefer to use a laptop or PC, just come here to sign in. Your data is available here or on the phone APP. You can even use both if you want.
